In this unit, students write a 150-word blog post about the role of technology in education, reflecting on both its advantages and disadvantages.

The worksheet guides learners to produce well-structured writing with contrast linkers (while, however, all in all), expressions of emphasis (I do believe, what we need to do is), and infinitives of purpose (to keep up with…).

Through this task, students practise organizing ideas coherently and integrating B2-level vocabulary such as interactive, indispensable, and drawbacks, as well as idiomatic expressions like at the click of a mouse and pass with flying colours.

By the end of the activity, learners strengthen their ability to write in a neutral, academic tone, connect ideas logically, and express balanced opinions—key skills for both B2 writing exams and real-world communication.
